Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in daily warehouse and logistics activities
  • Handle dispatch of equipment and spare parts to vendors, service centers, and manufacturers
  • Verify equipment and parts before repair, collection, and dispatch
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries based on project requirements
  • Support receiving and dispatching of equipment to project sites
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Pack and unpack equipment and prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and documentation
  • Receive goods and complete records according to company procedures
  • Check returned equipment against packing lists
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards
  • Assist with stock tagging, barcoding, and inventory data entry
  • Coordinate collection and delivery of goods across UAE locations using a company vehicle
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements & Skills

  • High School Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems
  • Ability to manually handle loads up to 20 kg
  • Strong safety awareness and organizational skills
  • Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated with a positive work attitude
  • Basic or conversational English communication skills
