Role Summary

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and dispatched. The role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring production lines receive materials on time.

This position requires strong coordination with supply chain, production, and quality teams to maintain smooth operational flow.


Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials
  • Pick and prepare materials for production requirements
  • Pack and dispatch outbound shipments
  • Maintain proper warehouse organization and storage standards

Inventory Management

  • Record Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and Transfer Orders using SAP WMS
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Monitor stock levels and product shelf-life
  • Maintain accurate warehouse documentation

Safety & Coordination

  • Follow SHE, ISO, and HSE safety regulations
  • Report damages, discrepancies, or hazards promptly
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain departments
  • Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes

Required Experience & Skills

Candidates should have:

  • 4–6 years of warehouse or distribution center experience
  • Background in manufacturing or FMCG preferred
  • Knowledge of inventory handling and documentation
  • Familiarity with SAP WMS or similar warehouse systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to workplace safety standards
