Job Summary

As a Team Leader, Maintenance (Industrial), you will oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities across key industrial assets, including depots, terminals, LPG facilities, storage tanks, and pipelines. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations

Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across assigned industrial facilities.

Ensure the timely execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Monitor maintenance performance indicators and operational efficiency.

Manage workforce allocation, maintenance schedules, and spare parts availability.

Support emergency maintenance and breakdown response activities.

Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, asset integrity requirements, and process safety standards.

Technical Leadership

Provide expert guidance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

Support reliability improvement initiatives and maintenance optimization programs.

Review and enhance maintenance procedures and technical standards.

Collaborate with engineering and inspection teams to improve equipment performance and asset reliability.

Participate in technical studies and reviews, including HAZOP, HAZID, FAT, SAT, PAC, and FAC activities.

Contractor & Inventory Management

Supervise third-party contractors and ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements.

Manage maintenance inventories, spare parts, and procurement needs.

Control maintenance expenditures while maintaining operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with company engineering and maintenance standards.

Project Support

Coordinate maintenance-related projects and facility enhancement initiatives.

Participate in risk assessments and technical evaluations.

Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities for new installations and facility modifications.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience within the oil and gas industry.

At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance systems and asset integrity management.

Experience in maintenance planning, reliability programs, and contractor management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
