SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, and UAE customs procedures.
• Hands-on experience in Sea Freight operations, including FCL, LCL, and Break Bulk, as well as Air Freight.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
