About the Role

The Procedures Controller – Cargo will be responsible for supporting the creation, maintenance, review, and updating of operational procedures and documentation related to cargo and ground operations.

The role includes working with documents such as the Etihad Cargo Services Manual, Cargo Bulletins, Process Manual Cargo, local operating procedures, and other operational documentation. The position may also contribute to the Etihad Ground Operations Manual and associated procedures.
