🧭 Job Purpose

As a Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for managing all cargo handling operations—documentation, acceptance, build-up, delivery, and customer service—ensuring seamless import and export movement in line with dnata’s world-class standards.

• Follow customer and airline-specific policies, ensuring compliance with safety and service standards.
• Manage daily cargo operations efficiently and promptly.
• Report and address safety concerns proactively.
• Supervise cargo handling teams and equipment operators.
• Verify cargo documentation and ensure accuracy throughout the handling process.
• Maintain accurate system data and liaise with authorities like Customs, Health, and Municipality.
• Handle special cargo (dangerous goods, valuables, live animals) per IATA regulations.
• Operate cargo-handling machinery including forklifts, tow trucks, and pallet loaders.
• Ensure safe and efficient cargo loading and unloading.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Certificate (12 years of schooling) or Diploma.
• Experience: 2–4 years in logistics or cargo operations.
• Skills: Strong computer literacy and system proficiency.
• Communication: Excellent English (written and spoken).
