About the Role – Equipment Operator (CAT 3 & CAT 4)

As an Equipment Operator, you’ll play a key role in airside operations, ensuring smooth and safe aircraft turnaround, baggage handling, and cargo movement. This role is essential in keeping airport logistics efficient and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect Ground Support Equipment (GSE) such as tugs, dollies, loaders, and transporters.
• Handle baggage and cargo loading/unloading with strict adherence to safety standards.
• Support aircraft turnaround by managing ULD staging, marshalling, and equipment positioning.
• Safely transfer baggage, cargo, and equipment between aircraft, terminals, and cargo facilities.
• Follow HSE regulations, report defects, and maintain operational readiness.
• Assist with passenger and ambulance transport services when required.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and coordinate repairs with the technical team.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school completion (minimum 10 years of schooling).
• Experience: At least 2 years of GSE or airside driving experience.
• License: Valid UAE or GCC driving license for the applicable category (CAT 3 or CAT 4).
• Language: Basic English communication skills.
• Additional Training: DGR, Human Factors, or Safety Awareness certification is a plus.
