About the Role

The Officer – Cargo Sales Support provides essential assistance to the UAE Cargo Commercial team, handling administrative, reporting, and system-related activities. This role ensures that the sales team can focus on driving business growth while backend processes remain accurate and efficient.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining records, preparing sales reports, coordinating activities across departments, and ensuring uninterrupted business operations when team members are out in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end quotation process, ensuring all rate requests are processed accurately and on time.
• Generate and distribute reports on quotation success rates, agent performance, route trends, and UAE sales performance.
• Maintain data consistency across platforms such as SkyChain, CRM, and Excel.
• Handle administrative duties including document tracking, data entry, and back-office coordination.
• Archive key documents such as rate approvals and commercial agreements.
• Act as the main coordination point during staff absences to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with pricing and capacity teams to monitor available cargo space.
• Analyze customer trends and agent performance to identify upselling opportunities.
• Support sales campaigns by preparing target lists and tracking follow-ups.
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights to maintain Flydubai’s competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Data Analysis or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cargo sales, coordination, or logistics.
• Strong command of SkyChain, Excel, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
