Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for the Warehouse Helper role:

• Education: Minimum 10th Grade pass; must be able to read and write in English.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 20 kg or more and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Health & Endurance: Must be fit, energetic, and capable of working under pressure.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Teamwork: Positive attitude, cooperation, and good interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Helper, you will assist in daily warehouse operations to maintain smooth logistics and order fulfillment. Duties include:

• Loading & Unloading: Handle goods safely to prevent damage during transit.
• Order Processing: Pick, pack, and organize items as per the pick list.
• Equipment Operation: Safely use HHT (Hand Held Terminals) and MHEs (Material Handling Equipment).
• Inventory Handling: Move goods to designated staging areas efficiently.
• Delivery Support: Assist with timely dispatch and completion of deliveries.
• Reporting: Identify and report any discrepancies or product damages.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain hygiene and safety standards in work areas.
• Resource Management: Reduce waste of packaging and other consumables.
