About the Role
The Learning Associate is responsible for coordinating and delivering standardized training across all Fulfillment Center process paths. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that both new hires and existing associates receive consistent, high-quality training aligned with Amazon Methods & Execution Tools (AMET) standards.
Working closely with operations teams, instructors, agency managers, and leadership, the Learning Associate plays a key role in improving productivity, safety, and workforce capability through effective training execution.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate and execute training programs across all Fulfillment Center process paths
- Deliver instructor-led training, coaching sessions, and performance observations in line with AMET standards
- Act as the point of supervision for Instructors and Peer Trainers during new hire onboarding
Learning Quality & Training Records
- Maintain accurate training records using Amazon’s training console
- Ensure AMET training materials are up to date and delivered consistently
- Track completion of training tests, audits, and assessments
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Use daily performance data to enhance the new hire learning experience
- Identify skill gaps and training needs through data analysis and feedback
- Provide structured feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers to improve training quality
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
- Organize and monitor cross-training to meet peak operational demands
- Partner with operations teams to maintain skill matrices and highlight critical training gaps
- Support critical role training initiatives and AMET-related projects
Collaboration & Engagement
- Work closely with agency managers to improve new hire performance
- Support the recruitment, development, and performance management of Instructors and Peer Trainers
- Participate in meetings and share training insights with key stakeholders

Basic Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules, including operational hours
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in training, coaching, or operations is an advantage
