DHL Global Forwarding Qatar WLL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support its daily warehouse operations in Doha. The successful candidate will assist with receiving and storing goods, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipment dispatch. The position also requires the safe handling of warehouse equipment, RF scanning devices, and temperature-sensitive products while ensuring compliance with company safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
• Check deliveries for shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Sort, palletize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Complete inbound receiving and inventory updates using RF scanners.
• Perform material put-away according to warehouse procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and carry out basic maintenance checks.
• Read pick lists and verify product accuracy before order preparation.
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack products according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Handle temperature-sensitive items following established procedures.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch and ensure correct labeling.
• Assist with truck loading while following all safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock availability.
• Report inventory issues or operational concerns to supervisors.
• Ensure packing materials and warehouse supplies are adequately stocked.
• Support value-added warehouse services, including pallet wrapping.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Less than two years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory handling.
• Physically fit to perform manual warehouse duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and company procedures.
