• Assist with forklift and other material-handling equipment operations under supervision, where required.
• Conduct or support daily equipment inspections and report any issues according to company procedures.
• Complete basic administrative duties, including preparing shipment documentation and updating relevant systems.
• Handle over-the-counter payments when assigned as part of shipment-related duties.
• Respond to basic customer service or sales-related questions, particularly those involving shipment tracking.
• Follow DHL’s warehouse safety, security, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
• Keep knowledge of warehouse equipment and operating procedures up to date.
• Complete required training and pursue relevant material-handling certifications when necessary.
