About the Role

The Customer Service Agent plays a critical role in delivering exceptional VIP hospitality to passengers, crew, and guests visiting the DC Aviation Al Futtaim facility. The position focuses on ensuring seamless aircraft handling, guest comfort, and operational excellence while maintaining the highest safety and service standards.

This role requires close coordination with internal teams, third-party service providers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth aircraft arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating aircraft, passenger, and crew arrivals and departures
• Managing landing permits, take-off permits, and airport slot requests
• Handling schedule changes and ensuring timely service execution
• Supporting smooth landside-to-airside transitions within the FBO
• Escorting passengers and crew to and from aircraft
• Coordinating third-party services including fuel, catering, customs, immigration, transport, and hotels
• Preparing daily shift reports and weekly/monthly aircraft movement reports
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across all FBO areas
• Monitoring operational notices and regulatory updates
• Identifying and reporting safety hazards
• Processing handling files and accurately updating the FBO One system
• Assisting with invoicing and handling cash and credit card payments

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• High School Certificate
• Valid and unrestricted UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an FBO or similar aviation customer service role
• Prior experience in aviation operations
• Proven VVIP customer service experience
• Familiarity with FBO One system (preferred)
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage
