Store Supervisor – Ras Al Khaimah

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Strong Sales Performance: Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets, with a thorough understanding of business operations and product knowledge.
  • Team Leadership: Possess experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members across sales and operational functions.
  • Sales Management: Apply effective sales strategies and motivate employees to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain excellent organizational, administrative, and operational management capabilities.
  • Communication and Persuasion: Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in both English and Arabic.
  • Commitment to Company Goals: Demonstrate a strong commitment to Tesla’s vision, values, and business objectives.
  • Valid Driving Licence: Hold a current and valid GCC driving licence.


  • Technical background in the automotive industry, with previous experience as a Service Technician preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience working with Electric Vehicles (EVs) is considered an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and team-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital management systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license with a clean and safe driving record.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced service environment.
