About the Role

Tesla is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily service center operations and ensure the highest standards of safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, support operational excellence, and contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities while maintaining strict safety standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support technicians to achieve operational and performance goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Identify workflow challenges and ensure technicians have access to the necessary tools, equipment, and training.
  • Oversee workshop organization, inventory management, and housekeeping standards.
  • Conduct daily team briefings, allocate tasks, and manage workload distribution.
  • Assist with customer concerns and provide support in resolving service-related escalations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Technical background in the automotive industry, with previous experience as a Service Technician preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience working with Electric Vehicles (EVs) is considered an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and team-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital management systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license with a clean and safe driving record.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced service environment.
