About the Role
Trump International Golf Club Dubai is looking for a customer-focused Pro Shop Attendant to join its hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and guests while supporting the daily operations of the Pro Shop. Your duties will include assisting with retail sales, coordinating tee time bookings, processing payments, and ensuring the shop remains well-presented and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities
As a Pro Shop Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

- Processing green fees, merchandise purchases, and other transactions through the POS system.
- Managing member accounts and guest billing with accuracy.

- Promoting golf events, club memberships, and seasonal promotions.
- Keeping the Pro Shop clean, organized, and attractively merchandised.
- Assisting with product displays, pricing updates, and inventory presentation.

- Booking tee times and providing information about golf facilities and course conditions.
- Maintaining accurate records of players, golf carts, and daily operations.

Required Qualifications
