Position Overview: Storekeeper & Driver

The Storekeeper & Driver role involves managing store operations, inventory control, fixed assets, and official driving responsibilities. The selected candidate will support multiple departments by ensuring accurate stock handling, documentation, and timely delivery of materials and official documents.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both administrative and driving duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive Pro Shop and general items from suppliers and verify quantity and condition
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers regarding deliveries and documentation
• Raise requisitions for the Finance Department as required
• Verify incoming goods against invoices and approved purchase orders
• Match invoices and vouchers for Engineering, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Pro Shop, and general items
• Maintain fixed asset registers for the golf club and course maintenance stores
• Manage import/export files in SCM and submit documents to Accounts Payable
• Create new items and vendor records in SCM when requested
• Conduct monthly Pro Shop inventory and prepare reconciliation and closing reports
• Generate Pro Shop sales reports from Yellow Dog Inventory
• Process petty cash invoices and voucher matching
• Deliver and collect documents, cheques, and contracts from head office and corporate locations
• Collect accounts receivable cheques and deposit daily collections at the bank
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper
• Valid UAE driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience in Dubai
• Knowledge of SCM systems, Jonas, and MS Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
