Job Overview – Store Assistant (Automotive Spare Parts)
As a Store Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the spare parts store and warehouse. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and recording automotive and heavy equipment spare parts to ensure smooth operations for technicians and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming spare parts, tools, and materials
Verify delivered quantities and quality against invoices or delivery notes
Store spare parts in assigned locations following proper handling procedures
Issue parts against approved job cards or work orders

Update inventory records manually or using basic inventory systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
Ensure proper labeling and identification of all materials
Support loading and unloading of heavy or bulky spare parts when required
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
Automotive, mechanical, or supply chain certification (preferred)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is an added advantage
0–1 year of experience in warehouse or store operations
Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse safety procedures
Ability to handle and lift moderately heavy spare parts
Familiarity with barcode scanners and basic computer systems (preferred)
Knowledge of spare parts identification, especially for heavy equipment
