Role Overview

The Accounts Executive / Operations Executive position is part of the Central Store Operations Team. The role supports retail stores across the MENA region by ensuring smooth operational coordination and standardized processes.

This position primarily focuses on stock control, store reporting, cash management, and handling SAP and Ariba systems. The role also involves coordinating with multiple departments to maintain efficient retail operations and support store development projects.

This is an individual contributor role requiring attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and consistent communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing accurate data entry tasks within defined service timelines
• Coordinating with Buying, Merchandising, and Logistics teams to maintain stock accuracy
• Supporting store operations through communication and follow-ups
• Monitoring store facility and maintenance expenses according to budget plans
• Managing SAP transactions and maintaining system accuracy
• Raising and tracking store requests through the Ariba procurement portal
• Maintaining updated records in Retail Pro and POS systems
• Assisting with IT integration, store upgrades, refurbishments, and new store openings across the MENA region

Required Skills
