Role Purpose

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing Cargo department records, documentation, reports, and internal communications. The role ensures that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, allowing management to access dependable information for smooth cargo operations.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support and Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance within the Cargo department.
  • Ensure effective coordination of departmental activities.
  • Serve as a communication link between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Records and Documentation Control

  • Maintain and update departmental manuals, records, trackers, and databases.

Qualifications and Experience
