Job Role Overview

Honest Group FZCO is looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Store Assistant / Storekeeper to manage warehouse and inventory operations within its steel division. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth material flow, accurate stock control, and strict safety compliance.

⚠️ Only candidates with prior experience in the steel industry will be considered, as knowledge of steel materials and industrial inventory procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and issue steel materials to designated storage or work areas
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
• Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving items
• Assist in preparing material requests and purchase orders
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
• Support supervisors and operations teams with daily activities
• Provide efficient internal service to site and warehouse teams

Experience & Skills Required

• 2–3 years of storekeeping or warehouse experience, preferably in the steel or industrial sector
• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management systems
• Good communication skills with a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused work approach
