🔧 Key Responsibilities

As an MEP Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned sites.

Mechanical Systems

• Supervise HVAC systems including split, ducted units, AHUs, and FCUs
• Monitor chiller performance and cooling efficiency
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Support troubleshooting of airflow, noise, and vibration issues
• Ensure timely completion of mechanical works with proper documentation

Electrical Systems

• Monitor electrical panels, DBs, breakers, and wiring systems
• Supervise lighting installations and electrical repairs
• Coordinate fault-finding and emergency power restoration
• Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety procedures
• Maintain electrical maintenance records and reports

Plumbing & Water Systems

• Inspect pipelines, valves, pumps, and water supply systems
• Supervise drainage works, leak rectification, and pressure issues
• Coordinate plumbing installations and modifications
• Ensure proper testing and reporting after repairs

👷 Site Supervision & Team Management

• Allocate daily tasks to technicians
• Monitor work progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct site inspections to identify recurring issues
• Handle emergency breakdowns and urgent complaints
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors
• Maintain clear communication and reporting standards

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to manage technicians and multiple site activities independently
• Good communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Capability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
