Minimum 8+ years of Retail FMCG experience
Strong background in team leadership, sales performance improvement, and sales strategy execution

🔹 HORECA Sales Executive

5+ years of experience in the HORECA B2B sector
Must have a strong market network and proven sales achievements

🔹 Van Salesman

Experience in FMCG sales, preferably Ice Cream or food products
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to drive a 3-ton pickup or similar vehicle

📝 Job Responsibilities – Van Salesman

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business clients
Understand customer needs to ensure repeat business
Inform customers about new products, promotions, and offers

Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell FMCG Ice Cream and related products
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Identify and onboard new customers within assigned routes

Delivery & Inventory Management

Ensure timely delivery of products to clients
Manage van stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Handle customer payments accurately and maintain proper records

Market Monitoring & Reporting

Track market trends and competitor activities
