Receptionist Job – Aldar Education | Abu Dhabi

Job Overview

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact at Aldar Education’s headquarters, representing the organization’s professionalism, values, and culture. The role combines front-desk operations with administrative and operational support, working closely with the Operations team and senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls according to company protocols
  • Maintain visitor logs, meeting schedules, and reception records
  • Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Ensure reception, lobby, and first-floor areas remain presentable at all times
  • Support the Executive Director of Operations with scheduling and data collection
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
  • Record and manage admissions-related inquiries following internal procedures

Operations, Compliance & HSE Support

  • Register and track external visitors in coordination with security teams
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports
  • Identify and report maintenance or cleaning issues promptly
  • Support internal and external audits and follow up on action points
  • Act as a focal point for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and report hazards immediately
  • Support events, including occasional late evenings or weekends during peak periods

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School Certificate/Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (regional experience preferred)
  • Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook 365
