Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing department. This role ensures smooth communication with clients, accurate preparation of sales documents, and effective coordination between internal teams. You will act as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries, proposals, and event-related documentation while upholding The Ritz-Carlton’s luxury brand standards.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Prepare sales documents including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
  • Manage filing, typing, copying, and email correspondence

  • Enter, verify, and reconcile sales data such as leads and commissions
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales systems

Client Communication & Guest Interaction

  • Serve as a key contact point for clients via phone and email

  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, rooms, rates, dining, and events
  • Support client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
