Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing department. This role ensures smooth communication with clients, accurate preparation of sales documents, and effective coordination between internal teams. You will act as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries, proposals, and event-related documentation while upholding The Ritz-Carlton’s luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Administrative Support
- Prepare sales documents including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- Manage filing, typing, copying, and email correspondence
- Assemble brochures and promotional materials
- Enter, verify, and reconcile sales data such as leads and commissions
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales systems
Client Communication & Guest Interaction
- Serve as a key contact point for clients via phone and email
- Respond promptly to inquiries and special requests
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, rooms, rates, dining, and events
- Support client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Brand Standards & Team Collaboration
- Promote The Ritz-Carlton brand image at all times
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards
Professional Conduct & Service Excellence

Previous experience in hospitality, sales coordination, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
