The Sales Support Agent – Courier Express plays a critical role in supporting Emirates SkyCargo’s commercial and operational functions. Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Compliance

• Assist in onboarding new customers as SkyCargo account holders
• Ensure compliance with IATA CASS-accredited procedures
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Revenue & AWB Management

• Coordinate with EK Revenue Accounts for AWB stock allocation
• Manage AWB stock ranges and ensure timely release to agents
• Support accurate billing and revenue assurance

Commercial Support & Dispute Resolution

• Handle customer queries through the commercial support mailbox
• Resolve billing disputes in line with approved tariffs and policies
• Ensure timely and professional communication

Financial Reconciliation & Reporting

• Reconcile daily cash and card collections
• Prepare import, export, and miscellaneous sales reports
• Share reconciled reports with the Emirates Finance team

Billing, Quality Control & Recovery

• Run daily COU AWB movement reports
• Bill ULD pivot weight charges accurately
• Perform weekly AWB verification and quality checks
• Verify waivers, refunds, and initiate charge recovery when required

Optional Services & Approvals

• Track additional services such as ATA trucking, packing, and relabelling
• Ensure charges are billed according to approved tariff rates
• Support CCAs, waivers, and service recovery approvals via SkyConnect and SkyChain

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the air cargo industry
• Previous experience as a team leader or similar role is preferred
• Strong background in cargo operations and customer service

Technical Knowledge

• Sound understanding of Air Cargo Tariffs
• Knowledge of IATA / FIATA regulations
• Familiarity with SkyCargo systems and procedures
• Good understanding of import and export regulations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
