Position Overview

The Store Keeper is a key support role within the aluminium fabrication division, responsible for effective inventory management and smooth coordination between stores, production units, and site teams. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and hands-on knowledge of aluminium fabrication materials and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock
• Update inventory registers and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or surplus materials
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement, production, and site teams
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records
• Ensure correct storage, labeling, and handling of aluminium profiles and accessories
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area
• Prepare material reports and assist during internal audits
• Adhere strictly to company policies and safety standards

Experience & Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Store Keeper
• Mandatory background in Aluminium Fabrication or Façade Industry
• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, fittings, accessories, and related materials
• Experience with inventory systems or manual stock control methods
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with UAE workplace regulations and standards
