Role Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment, acting as a key point of contact for customers across multiple channels, including retail counters, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Your primary focus will be to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

The role involves handling airline ticketing, travel products, booking amendments, and proactive disruption management. You will support customers throughout the entire travel journey while identifying opportunities to maximize sales through professional and solution-oriented service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to retail, corporate, and government clients
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly using approved systems and tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Promote dnata-contracted products, services, and loyalty programs
  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant travel products, including tours and ancillary services
  • Provide accurate guidance on visa, passport, insurance, health, and check-in requirements
  • Manage service disruptions and resolve issues with a positive, customer-focused approach
  • Meet sales targets, service KPIs, and quality standards
  • Comply with internal audit requirements and customer feedback guidelines

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have prior experience in travel, tourism, ticketing, reservations, sales, or customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales excellence.
