This position falls under United Diesel, a specialized division of Al Rostamani Group. United Diesel is an authorized distributor of Renault Trucks and Tata Motors buses and trucks, offering comprehensive after-sales services and innovative transport solutions. Efficient warehouse operations play a vital role in supporting its commercial vehicle business.

Job Purpose

The Warehouse Executive will oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between branches, accurate inventory management, timely local purchasing, and effective handling of packing, shipping, drivers, and export activities. The role directly supports operational continuity and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage proper storage, handling, and organization of materials
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards

Inter-Branch Logistics

• Coordinate movement of parts and materials between branches
• Optimize vehicle utilization and delivery routes

Inventory Control & Space Management

• Review and optimize storage layouts for efficient space utilization
• Maintain accurate bin locations and warehouse plans

Local Purchasing

• Source locally available items as per operational requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules and quality standards

Drivers, Packing & Shipping

• Schedule and supervise drivers for deliveries and transfers
• Oversee packing, labeling, and protection of goods
• Manage shipments for branches, customers, and export destinations

Export Coordination

• Prepare export-related documentation
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 4–6 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in commercial vehicle operations
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and ERP/WMS systems
• Good communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with procurement processes and export documentation
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
