Job Overview

The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Parts Operations Team at Al-Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO. The position involves accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of automotive spare parts while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and deconsolidate incoming automotive spare parts
  • Sort, pack, and dispatch parts according to approved procedures
  • Store inventory systematically for easy identification and retrieval
  • Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies
  • Perform bin stock replenishment to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Follow special handling instructions for specific orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and safety regulations

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify part numbers and codes
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with warehouse systems
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if required
  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage

About the Team

You will be part of the Parts Support Team, working closely with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and operations personnel in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, safety, and efficiency.
