Position: Sales Assistant – IKEA Market Hall
Location: Al Ain, United Arab Emirates

The Sales Assistant plays an important role in supporting daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping the team achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable products.
• Provide accurate information about products, offers, and promotions.
• Represent the IKEA brand through professional behavior and appearance.
• Assist with inventory management activities within the market hall.

Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels on the sales floor.
• Follow IKEA operational policies and company procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to store initiatives.
• Support teamwork and maintain strong cooperation with supervisors and colleagues.
• Follow assigned schedules and maintain punctual attendance.
