Job Position: Data Entry / Receptionist
The Data Entry / Receptionist plays an essential role in supporting daily office activities. This position combines document management duties with reception and administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and professional communication with visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Document Management
- Enter, scan, verify, and maintain company records accurately
- Manage and update digital as well as physical filing systems
- Monitor and track document movement within departments
- Review documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Retrieve and organize files when required
- Maintain strict confidentiality and secure record handling
Reception & Administrative Duties
- Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Provide administrative and clerical support for daily office operations
- Assist departments with documentation and coordination tasks
Required Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or higher educational qualification
