Role Overview
The HR Coordinator – People Experience role provides end-to-end HR administrative and operational support across the employee life cycle. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and people experience operations with a high level of service quality
- Deliver clear, professional, and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with relevant teams to meet service-level agreements and operational targets
- Execute assigned HR activities in compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Handle employee data with strict confidentiality and discretion
- Accurately use HR systems and platforms to ensure high-quality data management
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and prepare standard and ad-hoc reports
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and service delivery
- Support cost-efficiency initiatives across people experience operations
Qualifications and Experience

Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, including:
- Recruitment support
- Shared services operations
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Employee life cycle administration

Solid understanding of HR administrative processes and interviewing methods

Experience managing recruitment-related activities and employee joining and exit formalities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

High standards of accuracy, quality, and confidentiality

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Arabic language skills are an added advantage
