Role Overview

The Sales Assistant works closely with the Area Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor to achieve route sales and distribution targets. The role primarily involves supporting daily market visits, assisting in product delivery, ensuring proper shelf display, and monitoring stock conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the salesman during daily product delivery and sales activities
• Remove near-expiry or expired items from shelves
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly displayed shelves
• Support expansion by helping add new customers to sales routes
• Ensure the assigned vehicle remains clean and well-arranged
• Monitor product condition and stock availability
• Record and update new customer details in the system

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th Standard
