Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Deliver a seamless and professional customer rental experience
  • Handle and resolve escalated customer issues
  • Promote additional services such as insurance, upgrades, and add-ons
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and support Customer Service Representatives
  • Conduct daily team briefings
  • Assign tasks and manage staff schedules
  • Coach team members to improve performance

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee rental processes including vehicle check-out, returns, and upgrades
  • Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing
  • Coordinate with fleet teams on vehicle availability
  • Reduce waiting times and improve efficiency

Reporting & Compliance

  • Monitor key KPIs such as:
    • Customer satisfaction
    • Revenue per transaction
    • Upselling performance
  • Prepare daily operational reports

Skills and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service
