Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver a seamless and professional customer rental experience
- Handle and resolve escalated customer issues
- Promote additional services such as insurance, upgrades, and add-ons
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support Customer Service Representatives
- Conduct daily team briefings
- Assign tasks and manage staff schedules
- Coach team members to improve performance
Operational Excellence
- Oversee rental processes including vehicle check-out, returns, and upgrades
- Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing
- Coordinate with fleet teams on vehicle availability
- Reduce waiting times and improve efficiency
Reporting & Compliance
- Monitor key KPIs such as:
- Customer satisfaction
- Revenue per transaction
- Upselling performance
- Prepare daily operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
- Maintain accurate system records
Skills and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in customer service
- Basic knowledge of the car rental or similar service industry
