Job Purpose

The Customer Care Agent serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound communications. The role involves managing service requests and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities

Call Handling & Operations

  • Manage alarm calls, test calls, and service requests
  • Register cases and dispatch technicians when necessary
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases for timely resolution
  • Provide safety instructions during emergency situations

Customer Interaction

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Identify potential business leads and share them with the sales team

Coordination & Support

  • Direct customers to the appropriate departments
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and engagement activities
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of French is an added advantage
  • Strong IT and communication skills
