The Accounts Receivables team plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial processes. This includes handling complex billing activities across several business units such as charter services, holiday packages, and engineering operations. Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing receivable processes and ensuring compliance with financial standards. Major responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate invoicing and monitoring billing system integrations
• Ensuring invoices are delivered to customers on time and without discrepancies
• Tracking unposted receipts and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution
• Reviewing bank guarantees from agents and customers to ensure compliance
• Monitoring IATA default agents and coordinating with GSA and RCSM teams for solutions
• Reconciling customer billing accounts with revenue ledgers
• Supporting month-end closing procedures and billing accruals
• Ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Assisting with internal and external audit requirements
• Supporting the tax team with billing and financial queries
• Working closely with accounts receivable, collections, and general ledger teams

Education and Experience Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Experience handling large customer accounts and high-volume transactions
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
