Job Purpose
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The role also involves managing field teams, improving route efficiency, and achieving sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
Tactical Duties
- Support the implementation of sales and business strategies
- Identify and develop new customer accounts
- Assist in launching new products in assigned markets
- Monitor market trends and customer behavior
- Execute promotional campaigns and brand activities
Operational Duties
- Set and track weekly and monthly sales targets
- Ensure achievement of sales and collection goals
- Manage route planning and optimize distribution
- Maintain pricing, merchandising, and product availability
- Resolve customer service and logistics issues
- Monitor collections and control operational expenses
General Responsibilities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis
- Maintain accurate sales records and market insights
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Support marketing campaigns and business initiatives
Team Management
- Supervise sales representatives and merchandisers
- Set performance targets and conduct evaluations
- Provide coaching, training, and development support

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Minimum 6+ years of FMCG sales experience

- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
