Job Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in managing day-to-day warehouse operations involving chemical products and drilling fluids. This position focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring safe handling procedures, and supporting smooth logistics to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
• Coordinate with logistics teams and shipping partners for timely deliveries
• Monitor KPIs and improve workflow efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and safe storage of chemicals
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management
• Support yard operations such as loading, unloading, and equipment handling
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure equipment functionality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience (preferred)
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High school certificate or relevant diploma

Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of handling hazardous materials and chemicals
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines
• Use appropriate PPE as required
• Report unsafe conditions and follow safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to quality standards
