About the Role

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for visitors at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. Your responsibility is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience by providing accurate information, assisting with entry processes, and resolving queries efficiently.

This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic outdoor environment.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Support

  • Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide information about attractions, shows, and services
  • Handle guest concerns and deliver quick resolutions

Sales & Transactions

  • Process ticket sales using POS systems
  • Handle cash, cards, and vouchers accurately
  • Maintain transaction records and balance cash drawers
  • Upsell and cross-sell services

Operations & Coordination

  • Manage queues and ensure smooth entry/exit flow
  • Support guest service areas such as lost & found
  • Conduct guest feedback surveys

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Assist during emergency situations and drills
  • Ensure a safe environment for all visitors

Skills & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
