About the Role
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for visitors at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. Your responsibility is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience by providing accurate information, assisting with entry processes, and resolving queries efficiently.
This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement & Support
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about attractions, shows, and services
- Handle guest concerns and deliver quick resolutions
Sales & Transactions
- Process ticket sales using POS systems
- Handle cash, cards, and vouchers accurately
- Maintain transaction records and balance cash drawers
- Upsell and cross-sell services
Operations & Coordination
- Manage queues and ensure smooth entry/exit flow
- Support guest service areas such as lost & found
- Conduct guest feedback surveys
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist during emergency situations and drills
- Ensure a safe environment for all visitors
Skills & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
