Role Overview

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for visitors at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. Your responsibility is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience by assisting with entry procedures, answering queries, and providing accurate information.

You will also support ticket sales, manage guest concerns, and contribute to efficient daily operations. A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic outdoor setting are essential.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Interaction & Support

  • Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide information about attractions, shows, and services
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Sales & Cash Handling

  • Process ticket sales and transactions using POS systems
  • Handle payments including cash, cards, vouchers, and foreign currency
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling and daily balances
  • Promote and upsell products and services

Operations & Coordination

  • Manage queues and ensure smooth entry/exit flow
  • Assist in guest service areas such as lost & found
  • Conduct guest feedback surveys using digital devices

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety guidelines and emergency procedures
  • Participate in drills and emergency response activities
  • Ensure guest safety at all times

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
