Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management

- Identify and qualify business leads using internal sales frameworks and commercial evaluation methods.
- Handle sales opportunities generated through referrals, web enquiries, events, and dormant account reactivation.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to improve conversion rates.
Account Development
- Manage low-touch B2B customer accounts and ensure continuous engagement.
- Promote corporate fares, incentive programs, and special campaign offers.
- Support account onboarding processes, including booking system setup and communication coordination.
- Assist in increasing customer activity and strengthening long-term business relationships.
CRM & Reporting
- Update Salesforce CRM with accurate customer data, call records, account activity, and pipeline progress.
- Monitor sales KPIs including lead response times, revenue generation, and conversion performance.
- Prepare reports and maintain sales documentation as required.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Field Sales and Global Accounts teams for high-value opportunities.
- Share competitor insights, customer feedback, and market trends with management.
- Support reactivation of inactive accounts through strategic engagement initiatives.
Education & Experience Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience within the cargo industry.
- Strong cargo sales and customer relationship management experience.
- Good understanding of GHA and warehouse handling operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment.
