About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Generalist – Onboarding to join a dynamic Human Resources team in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering a seamless onboarding experience for newly hired employees by coordinating documentation, travel arrangements, employee mobilization, and HR administrative processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with HR Coordinators, Talent Acquisition teams, external vendors, and new employees to ensure every stage of the onboarding journey is completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist – Onboarding, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage onboarding documentation and ensure all records meet company compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with new employees to collect and verify required documents before joining.
  • Provide clear onboarding instructions, including travel, relocation, and joining procedures.
  • Liaise with external service providers to arrange UAE entry permits and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee onboarding records within HR systems and tracking tools.
  • Organize travel logistics, airport pickups, accommodation, and transportation for new hires.
  • Monitor onboarding checklists and proactively resolve delays in the joining process.
  • Keep HR Coordinators and Talent Acquisition teams updated on onboarding progress.
  • Support employee orientation programs, welcome sessions, and induction activities.
  • Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed within established timelines.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • Certificate in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4 years of experience in employee onboarding, HR administration, or mobilization.
  • Experience managing onboarding documentation for large employee groups.
  • Previous involvement in coordinating travel and relocation arrangements.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, employee records, and documentation procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
