The Reservations Agent will play a key role in managing room bookings and assisting guests throughout the reservation process. The successful candidate will ensure all reservations are handled efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate booking records.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Managing room reservations through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Confirming and updating guest booking information accurately.
• Handling reservation inquiries, modifications, and special requests.
