Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining security standards and ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and hotel assets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and visitors throughout the property.
Protect hotel facilities, equipment, and assets from potential risks.

Ensure compliance with Accor security policies and local regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience & Education

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Security Officer role.
Previous experience in hotels, hospitality, customer service, or related industries is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong surveillance and observation capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of security procedures and safety regulations.
Experience operating CCTV and security monitoring systems.
Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
Customer-focused approach with a professional appearance.

Preferred Qualifications

First Aid or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
