Role Overview
The Outlet Cashier is responsible for handling guest transactions accurately and efficiently across the hotel's food and beverage outlets. This role requires strong attention to detail, financial accuracy, and the ability to provide professional and courteous service at all times.
The successful candidate will support daily operations by ensuring all payments, billing procedures, and financial transactions are processed in accordance with hotel standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest bills, payments, discounts, and promotional transactions through the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely and accurately.
- Verify guest signatures, room charges, and payment transactions.
- Balance and reconcile cash drawers and payment records at the end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate records of discounts, corrections, and transaction adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with hotel financial procedures and audit requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with Front Office and Food & Beverage teams.
- Assist in maintaining smooth and efficient guest service operations.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum one year of experience in an Outlet Cashier or similar cashiering role.
- Strong cash-handling and payment processing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
