Key Responsibilities

As a Showroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily showroom activities and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the showroom sales team.
• Managing the entire customer journey, from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Monitoring sales performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and dealership events.
• Conducting staff evaluations and identifying training opportunities.
• Supervising vehicle trade-ins, stock assessments, and appraisal processes.
• Collaborating with management to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail sales.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Previous experience with high-volume automotive brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market, particularly Fujairah.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop successful sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM software, lead management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
