Job Summary

The Storekeeper & Timekeeper plays an important role in supporting daily construction site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, monitoring material movements, and accurately tracking employee attendance and working hours.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, supervisors, and administrative departments.


Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
  • Issue construction materials and equipment as required.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of site materials.
  • Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and updates.

Timekeeping & Attendance

  • Record daily attendance of site employees and workers.
  • Track working hours and overtime records accurately.
