Job Overview

As a Logistics Executive, you will support logistics, inventory, finance, and supply chain activities for the Watches & Jewellery division. The role includes coordinating imports and exports, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing logistics documentation, managing SAP transactions, and ensuring timely payment processing.

You will work closely with suppliers, warehouses, finance teams, banks, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and accurate supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Logistics

• Coordinate inbound logistics activities through SAP Material Management.
• Work with suppliers, warehouses, clearing agents, insurance companies, and brand teams.
• Manage shipment documentation from arrival until warehouse receipt.
• Process Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, and Documents Against Payment (DP).
• Coordinate payment clearance with suppliers and financial institutions.
• Prepare monthly import schedules and logistics reports.

Outbound Logistics

• Process customer sales orders using SAP.
• Prepare proforma invoices and delivery documents.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch.
• Prepare export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping paperwork.

Finance & Inventory Support

• Process payments for freight, customs, courier services, and logistics vendors.
• Reconcile overseas stock reports with SAP inventory records.
• Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and sourcing teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, administration, or sales coordination.
• Practical experience using SAP or similar ERP software.
• Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
