Warehouse & Logistics Junior Assistant (Tool Stores)

Job Purpose

The Warehouse & Logistics Junior Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily movement of tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials required by Emirates Engineering. The successful candidate will ensure warehouse operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting warehouse operations across Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Tool Stores, Sub Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support, and Spares Distribution.
• Picking, packing, sorting, stocking, transporting, and pre-loading materials.
• Assisting Warehouse & Logistics Assistants and Senior Assistants in achieving departmental service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) guidelines.
• Maintaining strict compliance with Emirates' health and safety policies.
• Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and handheld devices for warehouse transactions.
• Ensuring tools and materials are available to engineering teams on time to support aircraft maintenance activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in an engineering environment.
• Previous warehouse and logistics experience is preferred.
• A valid Airside Driving Pass (ADP) will be an added advantage.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
