Job Responsibilities

As a Guest Relations Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome guests and deliver outstanding customer service throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate VIP arrivals, amenities, and special guest requests.
  • Handle VIP check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Conduct courtesy calls to ensure guest satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office operations.

  • Experience handling VIP guests and guest recovery situations.
  • Working knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.
