Job Responsibilities

As an HR & Admin Executive, your duties will include:

  • Managing recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinating visa applications, labour cards, Emirates ID, and other government-related processes.
  • Maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and payroll support.
  • Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Handling office administration and daily operational activities.

  • Managing office supplies, stationery, and company assets.
