Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Assisting customers with product selection and purchases.
• Achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Operating POS systems and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenishing shelves and monitoring stock availability.
• Supporting inventory and stock control activities.
• Handling customer queries professionally.
• Following company policies and safety procedures.
• Working flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight schedules.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Graduate or higher qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Airport or travel retail experience will be an added advantage.
